Viet Q. Hoang
CO-FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR
Viet Q. Hoang is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Sea Guardian Marine, overseeing the whole operations and commercial activities. He is also Deputy Director of Hai An Petroleum One Member Co Ltd.
Prior to Sea Guardian Marine, he worked as a bunker trader at Fratelli Cosulich and Monjasa. Mr. Viet holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English & Business from the National Economics University and an International Master of Business Administration from the University of Greenwich.

Huy N. Do
DIRECTOR AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Huy N. Do is Director and Chief Financial Officer of Sea Guardian Marine. He is also Director of Hai An Petroleum One Member Co Ltd. Previously he worked in DIC Investment & Trading Joint Stock Company.
Mr Huy has an Engineer’s Degree in Shipping Economics from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport and a Master of Science in Global Shipping Management from the University of Greenwich.

Richard Nguyen is Operations Executive at Sea Guardian Marine. Previously he worked at Trust Marine Transport Trading Co Ltd.
Mr Richard has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Ha Noi University of Business and Technology (HUBT).
